Returns & Exchanges Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee (excluding original shipping and taxes) on most items. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions and submit a request for return. We will try our best to meet your request.

 

Here are the important details: 

  • Customers must contact the company within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. The delivery date is the date our tracking shows order has been delivered.
  • Gift cards, accessories, undergarments, swimwear, and items marked FINAL SALE or FLASH SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned merchandise must be unworn (except to try garments on), unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any related expenses.

 

How to Make Your Return:

  1. ONLINE RETURN/EXCHANGE REGUEST. Start a Return/Exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Complete the online request form. NOTE: exchanges are dependent on whether the desired size and style are available. If we are unable to fulfill your exchange request, we will contact you.

 

  1. PROCESS YOUR RETURN. You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online and you will get authorization and a return address via email within 48 hours.

 

  1. SHIP YOUR RETURN BACK.  Return items unworn (except to try the item on), unwashed, unaltered and in its original packaging. Accessories, undergarments, swimwear, and items marked FINAL SALE or FLASH SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges. NOTE: Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

 

  1. INSPECT & PROCESS RETURN. We inspect all returned items once it arrives at our warehouse. If approved, a refund is initiated within 2-3 days of it arriving at our warehouse.

 

  1. REFUND NOTIFICATION. Returned funds (less original shipping and applicable taxes) will take between 2-10 business days for PayPal and 10-15 business days for credit card to return to your account. This delivery time depends on your financial institution's policies.

 

A note about lost returns:

If we do not receive your returned merchandise, we will not be able to process your refund unless you can show proof of shipment and receipt via the label's tracking number. If you believe your package has been lost, please file a claim with the carrier before we can process your return.
